Wóžu Healing Garden's Groundbreaking in Elbert, Colorado featuring the talented Oglala Lakota artist Delane Has No Horse.
With an opportunity to join an in-person art class, seminar and art show that will showcase Delane’s unique artistic style and creative process. Be inspired and amazed by the way Delane incorporates Native experiences into his visionary art.
The art show will also include art work and demonstrations by Gilbert Jumping Eagle and Ghostart Daniel Briggs.
October 3rd come be a part of Wóžu Healing Gardens as we break ground, gather in community, eat delicious Native foods, browse our arts & craft sale and vendors and enjoy the live demonstrations.
General ticket proceeds will go directly towards the building of our first gardens and community center while proceeds of the art class ticket sales will go directly to Delane Has No Horse to support community on Pine Ridge Reservation.
